The {BE}GATHERING is a community women's gathering hosted by the women's ministry at Sedley Baptist Church.  This gathering has been designed for women of all ages, backgrounds, & experiences to come together to worship, study God's Word, & grow into all that God has for them.

• Women feel they {BELONG} 

  Community is so important to faith & having a place where we can feel loved and encouraged is vital to growing & thriving in our spiritual walks.  All women, regardless of background, age, denomination, or personal histories are welcome.  From the moment you walk through the door, our hope is that you will feel that you are in a grace-filled place where you belong. 

 

• Women are encouraged to {BELIEVE}

  Through Bible teaching & worship, women will be encouraged to believe in Jesus & what a life following him looks like.  By believing in God & His Word, women will be empowered to live radically for him.

 

• Women are challenged to {BECOME} all they were uniquely created to be.

  We believe that the most abundant life is one in which you are living daily in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.  We believe each woman has been created for relationship with Jesus & has been uniquely gifted & called to make a difference for him  Our desire is to empower & equip women to become all they were created to be in Jesus Christ.
